Exhibit Opportunities

Exhibit Booth Cost:

The booth price for an 8- by 10- foot (2.5m x 3m) space:
Price: $700

Exhibit booth rental includes:

  • Company/Organization identification sign
  • One 6-foot draped table and two chairs
  • General security guard service
  • One complimentary, exhibit floor only representative registration.
  • One complimentary full Annual Conference only registration. 


Please note:
The exhibit hall is carpeted. ADEC will email an Exhibitor Services Kit (including all order forms) to exhibitors after the completed exhibit space application/contract is received by ADEC headquarters. Exhibitors are responsible for all freight, drayage, decorating and labor charges.

Promotional Opportunities

Registration Bag Insert $500
Reach each and every attendee. You have the chance to include your brochures, newsletter, fact sheet, etc. in the 2017 conference bag that each attendee receives when they pick up their badge.

Take One Literature Table $500 per piece
A non-supervised table where ONE of the following can be displayed: brochures, educational materials, publications, newsletters or surveys for attendees to browse and take. ADEC staff will replenish materials as needed. 

Email Advertising $750
Send your promotional messaging directly to the ADEC community of more than 1,500 (content to be approved by ADEC Communications Director). Mailing date(s) will be determined based on established email schedule.
