Grievancesregardingconferencesessions, content,abstractselectionandpresentationcanalsobe submittedtoanymemberoftheconferenceplanningcommitteeandareescalatedappropriately totheconferencechair,directorofeducation,boardofdirectorsorhomeofficestaff.  Grievances arerespondedinatimelyfashionwith thegoalofmitigationof theissues broughttotheleadership.If aregisteredparticipantisunabletoattendmeetingafterregistration,refundrequestsareprocessed ona casebycase basis.Ifanattendeehasacomplaintorgrievance,itmustbesubmittedinwriting by participant toADEC, Attn: Event Planner, 400 S 4th Street, Ste 754E, Minneapolis, MN 55415, USA. Theletterwillbereviewedbyorganizationalmembersconsistingofthesocialworker consultant,andotherorganizationalmembersbasedongeographicdistribution,experience, professionalspecialty,etc.TheOrganizationwillrespondtotheattendeeinwriting.
